Occasional Bookings
Please check the calendar to see if the date/time is available. If you would like to make an initial request/enquiry, then please send an e-mail to : enquiries@swvh.org
To reserve a booking time, applications can be made via the occasional booking form.
A copy will be returned to you when the booking has been accepted. A refundable deposit fee is required. This will be repaid in full if the Hall is left in good order.
Hirers who stay beyond their booked hours may be charged additionally at an hourly rate.
